  • We do not charge you any "Up Front" fees such as: "Application Fee" or a "Credit Report Fee", nor do we charge you for a  "List of Apartments" as some companies do, who once paid may never call you back.
  • You don't have to keep calling classifieds and hearing "sorry its rented" or put up with nosy landlords each time you call.
  • We only get paid when you actually rent an apartment!
  • You can pay your security, first months rent and rental fee (if applicable) by cash, check, money order or VISA or MASTERCARD.

What we will do for you:

  • We will provide you with a rental application that needs to be filled out by you. We can fax, email, mail or give you one when we meet. You can request an application contact us. Unfortunately without an application we cannot help you.
  • We will provide you with all apartments currently on our data base that fits your budget, criteria and location.
  • We will personally take you to preview apartments.
  • We will provide you with a State of New Jersey "Truth in Renting Booklet" providing you with your rights as Tenants.
  • We will give you information, provided to us from Landlord, as to any Lead Base Paint Hazards on any dwelling built prior to 1978.
  • We will prepare a lease.
  • We will forward all pertinent data about you to the Landlord in helping them to make a speedy decision.
  • We will arrange for a meeting/interview for you and your potential Landlord.

How we are paid:

We are paid ONLY if a Tenant actually TAKES an apartment and Landord ACCEPTS Tenant. 
NO FEES ARE CHARGED UNLESS TENANT TAKES APARTMENT.
Our Fee is equal to one months rent.
  • Some apartments require that Tenant pays our entire fee.
  • Some apartments require that Landlord pay half fee and Tenant pay half fee.
  • Some apartments the Landlord pays entire fee.
We will notify you what the Rental Fee will be PRIOR to your inspection of the apartment.
